Maison du Clocher is the most beautiful and charming village house in Valbonne.
This bright and sunny "maison de village" has been tastefully renovated throughout with air-conditioned interiors, modern appliances and lovely furnishings. Unusually for a village house all the main rooms of Maison du Clocher have bright, pretty views over the tree-lined square.

The property incorporates the ground floor a small bedroom with a 120 wide bed, leading into a separate double bedroom and shower room. The first floor contains the master bedroom, a large separate bathroom and landing with storage cupboard. On the second floor is the main living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and elegant sitting room.

A magical feature of the house is the 3rd floor south-facing roof terrace with views over the clocher, bell tower, of the medieval abbey of Valbonne. The private terrace also has a summer kitchen for enjoying aperitifs and alfresco dining, whilst admiring the gorgeous view over rooftops down to the river valley and beyond to the distant horizon. There is comfortable seating for 6 with a large coffee table and a dining table.

Maison du Clocher is situated in one of the best locations in the village, being only a 1 minute walk to the main square with all the attractions of Valbonne: the restaurants, brasseries, boutiques, galleries and weekly market. For those wishing to explore on foot, the river walk of the Brague valley starts only 200metres from the house, next to the medieval abbey.
There is direct, easy access by car to drop off guests and luggage at either entrance with ample, free parking close by.
